Description
Quinidine as membrane inhibitors of antiarrhythmic drugs, can directly act on the myocardial cell membrane, can significantly prolong the myocardial refractory period, reduce the autonomy, conduction and myocardial contractility, especially for non-sinus rhythm of the role of strong, Sinoatrial node action potential of the same or prolonged, reducing conduction velocity, prolonged effective refractory period, reduce excitability, the atrial refractory period prolonged significantly compared with the ventricle, shortening atrioventricular junction refractory period.
Indications
Oral application for atrial premature beats, atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with ventricular arrhythmias, ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation or atrial flutter after electrical conversion Maintenance treatment. Intramuscular and intravenous injection has not.
